Privacy policy
Effective [Effective date]. AutoReach (Paguely social publishing) is operated by [Legal name of the operator], [Postal address] ("we"). It publishes short videos and posts about books to our own social media accounts and measures how they perform. This policy explains what data it processes and why.
Social media accounts we connect
We connect only accounts we own (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest) through each platform's official login. From each platform we receive and store:
- the account's ID, username, display name and profile picture;
- access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest, used only to publish our posts and read their statistics. They are never shown in our console or returned by our API;
- statistics for our own posts (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time) and the comments on them, so we can reply and improve future posts.
We do not access other people's accounts, send messages on their behalf or scrape platforms.
People who click our links
Links in our posts go through a short redirect so we can count clicks. We set no cookies. We store the click time, the post it came from and a one-way hash of the IP address combined with a salt that changes daily, so a visitor cannot be identified or followed across days. When the destination app reports that a visitor signed up or unlocked a book, it sends us only a hashed, anonymous identifier.
Retention
Click and conversion records are deleted after 13 months. Account tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected. Post statistics are kept while the service runs.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, file storage and AI model providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at [privacy contact email]. See data deletion for how.
Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
